From skeptic to superfan
The staff delivered unmatched warmth and hospitality, ensuring every need was met with enthusiasm. The historical charm of the architecture, alongside the beautiful antique decor, truly enhanced our experience of staying in a royal setting.
Unfortunately, our marble bathroom showed signs of wear, and room redecoration is overdue. Additionally, we faced delays in service at times which affected our overall satisfaction during our stay.

Family will love this experience
Staying in a room with that majestic feel was out of this world. The dinner service at the restaurant was just perfect, they even decorated our table beautifully for our anniversary.
Sure it wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly worth every penny.

The hotel's grandeur is mesmerizing, from its beautiful courtyards to the antique furniture that exudes history. Service stands out, with attentive staff eager to accommodate every request, whether adjusting spice levels at meals or arranging transportation. Breakfast offers a tasty buffet, and the dining experience is elevated with exquisite Italian strata. However, the initial disappointment came with a room needing some refurbishment, which detracted slightly from the otherwise luxurious ambiance. Despite this, the service truly compensated for any shortcomings.
